At Orylix, we are committed to providing high-quality oral care products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unopened.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be in the same condition that you received it.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been:
- Opened
- Used
- Unsealed
- Damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Altered after delivery
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and its packaging
If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (South Africa).
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We only replace products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved because the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Orylix will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (South Africa). Where the law provides greater protection than this policy, the law will apply.
